Q: I work for church. As a minister. I've been unable to afford to send the papers that I archived for them.

They want take me Court. They also helped pay shipping for a set of vestments I ordered. They offered. They want those too.

What can I do?

I have practiced Social Security Disability law in Virginia for 35 years. Decisions by Social Security Administrative Judges are not posted on the Internet. However, if a Social Security denial is appealed to the US Federal District Court, you can find those decisions on the Internet.
