A governmental agency. Administered by State laws (the Iowa Code), State agency rules (The Iowa Administrative Code) and legal precedent (meaning case law).

The 14th Amendment to the Constitution was ratified on July 9, 1868, and granted citizenship to “all persons born or naturalized in the United States,” which included former slaves recently freed.

Q: What was violated in the sencond amendment during the lewis v. U.S trial?
