Sign up for PACER, it is a free governmental service, as long as you use less than $15 a calendar quarter. Then sign on at the District Court's Bky Site for the specific district and perform a search. From the Docket you can print copies of the documents.

Q: My house was foreclosed on in 2011 by US Bank who assumed loan from JP Morgan Chase. Can I get $$ back?

From the sale you maybe able, if the property was sold at a profit. There are other bank settlement with the govt regarding foreclosures which may result in funds, but you would have to apply and each program is open for a limited time, so it would require a bit of research on your part.

The problem is with when the case was filed. Because it was before 2005, simply signing up as getting copies from PACER is not an option.
