Q: if i am citizan of the united states but had a baby together with a citizen of other country can I still bring by baby

to the us. i dont have any docomentation for marrage or divorce but I know the baby is mine. can still chage the starace for my kid.

Q: hi, so my mom and my little brother live in colombia. My older brother is a us citizen and he made a petition for my

mom, her case is already in progress and hopefully she will be moving to the usa next year. My question is is there a way to bring my little brother along because hes 6 years old and we cant leave him with anyone.
