Q: Can a neighbor remove my fence from my corner post, wrap and attach barbed wire to my post for his own fencing?

Then leave my fencing unattached? What can I do about this??

A lot depends on the actual facts or your case. Did he replaced your wire with wire of his own (but that still fences off your property the way it was before)? Is he disputing the boundary?
