Q: Is there a law against the compound tetrahydrocannabinol to make it illegal?

I would like to know if it would be illegal to obtain the compound THC, there are laws against weed, however THC is just one compound found in marijuana among many others in the plant. So West Virginia law is still governed by Federal US law. THC is still illegal, but some states have legalized CBD and most states can't test the difference between CBD and THC and the concentrations. Q: Hi I had a person to come and pick up a bull from my farm he kept saying he would

So he was suppose to collect the bull on a Friday but never came and the bull died on Sunday does he have any fault in the bull not been taken

It does not appear that the "bull collector" did anything cause the bull to die, so I do not see how he could be responsible for any damages for the bull's death.
