Q: Is it normal for a pain management clinic to give you a cup to do a UA but not a lid when any one can contaminat it?

Although it's probably 96% employees on other side of that door where it's located is it safe to say I have a good argument for not passing a UA that I should of passed? Review it with your lawyer. It wouldn't be normal for sanitation reasons, but not illegal. Not a great argument,weaker still if you had failed an earlier screen.

Q: Can a person who is waiting 2 months on worker man's compensation receive money from family to help out?

Nephew has been off work due to injury. Had back surgery, got staf infection and now a year later finally released by a Dr. With numbness and pain still. He asked about a MRI they said later. Took him off of Workman's comp and approx. 2 weeks later

Oh course. There is no effect on WC benefits, perhaps on ss though.
