Why are you trying to obtain a certificate of citizenship when you have already become a citizen and have had a passport? What is it that you are trying to accomplish? If you need proof of citizenship and your passport is expired, then renew your passport. Best wishes!

On the receipt you will see a case number. The location where the petition is pending will be the address in the bottom left corner of the receipt. You can go to USCIS.gov and check the processing time for the petition and the case status.
