Q: Do I need a lawyer? Why wouldn't the detective respond when this is a matter of legal civil repossession per the APD?

8/6 the defendant repossessed a vehicle. Prior to taking possession called APD out to standby and check that the correct paperwork title, bill of collateral, original keys and insurance card. Q: How much time is my husband look at for a stolen credit card while on pobation?

I think it was a deferred sentence for burglary. He made a report with the police and stated that he didnt know ot was stolen a friend gave it to him to get a drink at the store where they have him on camera.

No clue based on the very limited info here. What was he on probation for? Was he on a suspended or deferred sentence? Also need more info about what he did this time with the stolen credit card.
