Q: We were in an accident in Kentucky in 2015. The at fault driver pulled out in front off us without looking.

The at fault drivers attorney admits 100% fault. My wife fractured her right wrist and is still having pain. Her doctor bills only amounted around $2000. There are a multitude of factors that play into what the pain and suffering value of a claim is.
