You can use the CFI report to support your positions. The critical point which the Court will be seeking to determine is whether the conduct of either party negatively impacts the child(ren) at issue, and if so, how to best deal with such conduct.

All debts must be disclosed.

Whether the other party has "negative income" may or may not be relevant to whether you will be able to obtain an order for attorney fees. The Court will take all factors into consideration, including, without limitation, the division of assets and...
