Q: I am currently 30 and had my green card since 15. Do I qualify for automatic citizenship through my parent?

I lived with my citizen parent from 15 to 18. My citizen parent who applied for me is my father and he was not and is not married to my mother.

It depends. Reach out to an immigration lawyer to find out if you already have citizenship from your father's application.

You have to comply with everything the court has ordered, or your attorney can ask the judge to alleviate a condition if it is related to some sort of hardship.

Q: Will I be able to get student loans for a first time DUI?

I got a DUI back in August 2016 because I was driving high and got stopped at a checkpoint. Will this prevent me from getting student loans?

If you are convicted of PL 1192.4 and/or another subsection that involves drugs, if you were receiving student aid during the time of the crime or conviction, you will be prevented from getting federal student aid. Cases expire (finish) when they are dismissed or adjudicate. Adjudication happens when there is a plea or a trial. There was a fire in my apartment building and tenants are not allowed in, the workers have already stolen from other tenants, if my laptop goes missing what should i do?

File a police report for the stolen Macbook. Your renter's insurance should cover it.
