Q: My court order says that my visitation day for me to see my daughter is every thursday beginning the school period.

My question is due to COVID19, the Houston Independent School District will start school online. They said that school starts on September 8 virtually. In Texas, court orders may have standard possession language or custom language. Keep in mind that the standard possession schedule applies to children aged 3 years or older.
