If the dog owner violated a law, and the violation led to an injury, you can prove that the dog the owner may be negligent as a matter of law. Seek legal counsel for detailed information.

Q: What if I was rear ended and was found not at fault.

What would be my option in a settlement for future medical problems? Should I release any future responsibility for medical problems for a settlement of 10,000? I have 2 herniated disc and 7 bulging disc in my neck and back.

Q: If a restaurant or stores have steps should they be marked with something letting people know they are there.

Stores have the legal obligation to maintain reasonably safe premises for the protection of their customers. If injuries occur and it can be shown that they occurred due to unsafe conditions on the property the store may be liable.
