Q: How strong do you think my case will be in the term of bona fide marriage?and is CP good when we both reside abroad?

I'll marry my American fiancee soon,then I'll start consular processing.Our situation is:1-she is 52 ys old,I'm 40,2-she was and still a student here on a loan from US government,3-she holds a bachelor degree from Berkeley and a master degree from AU Cairo,4-we had 2 trips together, one on 2008 to Europe, the other on 2009 to Turkey and have a few photos of the trips,5-co-wrote a screenplay together that participated in many screenplay contests in US,6-both our names were on news networks for participating in political event,7-we have hundreds of emails since 2007,8-we hold an unofficial marriage certificate since 2007.How strong do u think the case will be?Will the age difference be an obstacle?On 2002 she petitioned a K visa to her ex-fiance,is that an issue? and is our dating history a plus?
