Q: Citizenship interview is forwarded to a supervisor for review. Should I be worried?
Everything went great, except for me answering "yes" to the question "did u get married to receive a green card?" The IO has accent and I misunderstood, I though the meaning was "did u get a green card through marriage to a us citizen?" We are divorced now, but it's because he did not want to have kids..and I off not marry him to get a green card! Should I be worried? The look in IO's eye wasn't good :(
A: Has a Request for Evidence EVER been issued? You are entitled to one before a denial is issued. You should keep an attorney on hand if the result is a denial.
