Q: How do I get my neighbors to pay for the headlight they busted out of my 1988 Saab
She backed into my car because she wasn't paying attention told me she would pay for it so I gave her all the information she would need to replace it..she took a different route and bought the wrong pice and now isn't willing to give me the money or replace the part and is avoiding me which is hard since they are attached to the duplex I live in. I talked to my mechanic and he said they would total my car and I can't have that so I'm just not sure what to do. Now I think they may not have insurance..
