Q: Does the 3day right of recission apply to employment agreements/contracts? I'm a new hire as of monday & want out.Thanks

I feel highly uncomfortable with the legal language on the employment agreement/contact..which included language regarding employers rights to patents even into the future when I'm no longer employed by them. They also have an arbitration requirement. It also states that any amendments must be approved in writing or something to that affect. I'm highly concerned because everytime I ask for a copy to understand the language better, HRmanager states the sales manager must sign first before she gives me a copy. I asked for a hard copy with no signatures just so I can review the language & she states she wouldn't be able to provide without stated signature. She also said she's busy w/payroll midweek & will reach out to me when she can. If I choose to not work for company can I get out of agreement/contract since I've been there only mon,tues,&wed. of this week. My role is in sales so not sure why the patent language was included & am now worried. Have filed preliminary patent in past.
