Q: I owe $15000 on a Visa card - I have made regular payments but the bank has opened a lawsuit against me for collection

I owe about $15000 on a Visa card(loan account) the monthly payments were $450/month;last year I had a severe loss of income (I work as a freelancer) so called the bank and asked if I could pay less per month until my situation would change;the bank manager agreed to $150/month instead of $450. I was making the payments regularly every month when the statements were sent accompanied by the payment coupon.Recently I had to call the bank about another matter and it is at that time that the bank manager informed me that they have not received any payment since August; I was surprised and checked my statements and there were no coupons sent for the payments, and since I have many other credit card debts (monthly payments)I had not realized that they had not sent those to me.I paid off the amount I owed since August (150X 4 -including November)so a total of $600 but the bank is suing me at the Sup court.Do they have a case?can they put lien on my home
