Bronx, NY asked in Education Law and Libel & Slander for New York

Q: Am I able to sue a CUNY school Laguardia community college for damages or bulling?

I am attending a continuing education program and I am being accused of breach of education integrity policy, The program director has taken action to dismiss me from the program. I have made an incorrect request regarding an E-book sample and received an email from the publisher requesting I provided further proof. I never pursued interest in the matirial when I became aware of not being qualified to request such E-Book. I explained the misunderstanding to the program director but the accusation against me was not removed and I am now in the process of being involuntary removed form fully paid program. I believe I've been wrongfully disciplined.
