Q: How do i subpoena witnesses/documents in pro per?
My adversely and negligently/incompetently resulting in the loss of my trial for the right to reunification for a crime i did not commit. my lawyer did not meet with me 1 time in the course of my 6 + month trial process. I had no defense no council and no witnesses present at my trial. i found a record of historically missing extraordinary writ deadlines. i saw another attorney to get a consult and it was then i found i had an hour and a half to file extensive paperwork i know nothing about. Every lawyer at her office has a different address listed on our court documents than they do for the bar association because they are all licensed under dependency legal services representing opposing parties out of the same office with no disclosure i can go on and on but i have evidence of it all case
