Q: How can you file criminal charges against a lady who CONFESSED to overdosing her mother to death,(in which she inherited

My aunt and Uncle have aquired much real/and other properties. Allibies used to back up break in of safebox will,now cousin, grandma,grandpa and aunts confessed murder of her mom! Dead! Aunt/Uncle both w/criminal past uncle have got away with it all. Sitting on inheritance. theMediater was same used in both cases, new of inside info, tricked mom signing a 664.6,, but failed to include letting me or any other heirs know about the TRUSTand this NEW settment agreement*2016. HELP! These people have high levels of litium/ toxicity in them. (my aunts mother, was overdosed(confession was made by her in front of a mandated reporter,suggesting in staement she should murder by poisoning my GRANDMA! and she &cousin toxin levels! (all who knew of the trust/ will in safe box, dead, except me. , 3 mo. prior my grandmothers death, cousin ended up dead of lithium poisoning too, just like grandma! I need to appeal! 2016 Settlement/Mutual release i was excluded all info to be included!inheritance murde
