Q: I was married in 1987 and we purchase a home in 2002. I signed a quit claim deed. I'm I still entitled to 50 precent?

A: Why did you sign the quit claim deed? What was the intent at the time? i.e. what were you trying to accomplish? You may or may not still be entitled to 50%. Note that a quit claim deed does not have the same force and effect as a Grant Deed.
