Q: Need to know about laws about recording people without them knowing because someone is very verbally abusive
Our general manager is extremely verbally abusive to the manager under him and all the other employees as well there is no camera in his office so there is no proof that he's doing any of this. The owner even though has been told by multiple sources refuses to do anything about it. So I'm trying to find out if I can buy a voice recorder and hide it in his office so that we can get proof. Or I would like to figure out if there's anything else that I can do to try getting rid of him because he makes the work environment very unfriendly and he has threatened multiple employees as well verbally and most of the people here are scared to do anything about it.
