A: You need to consult with a real estate attorney to discuss the details of your goals in order to figure out the best way to structure it legally. Do not try to do this yourself using a form contract because there are many different possibilities and you don't want to end up doing it in a way that does not align with your goals.

A: No there is no standard agreement for this. There are a variety of issues you have to resolve. First, is this an investment property or do you intend to share the property as a home. Then there is the division of the property and contributions by each party- whether it is to be shared in two halves or in thirds. I would suggest you contact a real estate attorney like me sooner than later.
