Q: I was served by my wife 4 years ago. I never responded. I now want to file on her. What's are my options
A: There's a possibility that judgment was already entered in that case from 4 years ago. If you didn't respond, she could have filed a request for default. If that case is still open however, you should not and cannot file a whole new case. Just respond to the petition that was served on you 4 years ago and move the case forward
