Q: I want to cancel my purchase agreement for a mobile home, in the mobile home park i rent from.
I rent here in the park and have signed a purchase agreement to buy another home in the park, but have changed my mind, and don't want to buy this now. I haven't given any earnest money, nor was required to do so. We haven't done the closing yet and the purchase agreement doesn't say anything about a down payment, just list the price of the mobile home.
