Tacoma, WA asked in Car Accidents for Washington

Q: I REARENDED A CAR IN WHICH THAT CAR REARENDED THE CAR IN FRONT IT. I DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT

THE ROAD IN WHICH I WAS TRAVELING WAS A SINGLE LANE WITH A DOUBLE SOLID YELLOW LINE WITH NO BRAKE IN THE LINE

THE FRONT CAR WAS MAKING A LEFT TURN ACROSS THE YELLOW LINE ACROSS TWO LANES OF TRAFFIC ON A ROAD THAT IS POSTED 55MPH. I REALIZE I HAVE SOME FAULT IN THIS ACCIDENT, BUT AM I THE ONLY ONE RESPONSIBLE. I NEED TO WORK WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS. THANK YOU

A: Assuming the road wasn't posted no turns and there wasn't a divider it would seem the person could stop to turn.

Your problem is that if you pay any money you want to make sure you get a release of all claims.
