Q: separation agreement was discuss in chambers . With Affidavit and discovery. Can plaintiff volunteer dismiss

Spouse filed for divorce. Shortly after we filed a separation agreement that was given to his Attorney. After affidavit and discovery and spouse caught in a lie in his response. They first wanted me to not bring our separation agreement that I paid for. And filed it with Court. Court made me change my spouse as the plaintiff. I was pleading Attorney to get separation agreement through. Withdrawal of two Attorneys. So I was not able to counterclaim or defend my rights. Because last attorney withdrawal on the day spouse had a hearing on volunteer dismissal of our separation agreement and go on with divorce. I haven't been able to file anything because I had Attorney's which I am not allow to file while I had attorney's. Judge volunteer dismissed before I could have Attorney to fight the volunteer dismissal. I haven't been able to do anything. Judge was being bias. During the conference according to my Attorney. Second Attorney withdrawal after paying him because I wanted to defend.

A: If I've got it straight, your question is whether a plaintiff can voluntarily dismiss her case. As a general rule, yes.
