Q: How long do I have to vacate or what are my rights
This has been my my place of residence since 2009 I took care of both of my grandparents until they passed my grandfather passed January 21st 2018 I know my aunt is the power of attorney
A: Your rights depend upon what provision your grandparents made for you in their Wills or Trust. If no provision was made, you have no right to remain in the home but, in most cases, the persons who will inherit the home will allow you a reasonable time to re-locate.
