Q: I need help with my case. Judge threw out writ of Non-prosecution from victim and denied me my right to a speedy trial

me an ex were fighting He had sister call 911 he told her to say i was on my way with 2 firearms she also said i was driving up an down their street yet denies seeing me. Im proper i have call recording.Cop arrives, No suspect, all 3 adults DENY seeing me DENY positive ID of car, DENY hearing a threat. My ex (victim) denies being in "fear" when asked the 1st time, YET the Officer asks again and he changes his answer To Yes he was in fear? The officer then Makes my ex Call me AND SET ME UP? The responding officer even LISTENS and Records my phone call AND NOT A SINGLE THREAT WAS MADE yet the officer called for back up and a hellicopter search for me? Female officer dispatched then canciled by responding officers. It took more than and hour to locate me at the spot they asked me to be? judge denied My right to a 60 day speedy trial, I was denied my FULL FILE by public defender. It took me until feb 28th to get it and it still IS NOT complete. There was no crime once arriving to the house
