Q: filed ch.13 now having hard time paying. if I had filed just regular bank. could a lien be put on life use of home
Live in Croghan ny in live in life estate home my dad held deed he has since passed, do I own home now and court woud put lien on it I'm disabled and live on 750.0 and with me paying taxes that, 150;00 the court agreed on is getting hard and for that I wonder why my lawery did not file complete bankruptcy from get go, my creditor are getting nothing compared to wait lawery is getting. That is it and I'm 300.00 behind on the 150.00 payment.

You could’ve restructure the mortgage and consolidated any other debt, Without losing credit for 15 years. If the bankruptcy filing has not gone through yet she sai without losing credit for 15 years. If the bankruptcy filing has not gone through yet stop it and call me.
For what it is worth, I advise my clients almost never to file for bankruptcy… It almost always works out worse then any other conceivable option. If you have already filed and granted bankruptcy though there are other steps we can take to try and mitigate the damage.
