Q: I was arrested due child molestation allegation by my current wife. I was released by paying $2000 bond. What's next?

Since I got out of jail, I have not received any notices or been served with legal docs. What should I do next?

was it bail of $2k or $20k and you put $2k down?

these are serious charges and i would suggest you retain a good criminal lawyer.

when i get case i often try to meet with the DA filing deputy and try to get a no filing or lesser filing IF THERE ARE GOOD FACTS TO SHARE WITH DA.......
