Insurance on vehicles currently driven after 2 affidavits estimate from certified mech several calls and hearing request they still suspened lisc claiming they didnt get hear request i appealed litigated with attorney gen and then provided a copy of request and cancelled check at which time they deleted suspension rendering appeal moot returned reinstatement im still out several hundred dollars in filing fees and sr22 not to mention many hours of legal work pro-se (poor boy) contacted dmv to give deputy registrar chance to return lost funds and got nowhere notified of civil complaint if didnt compensate ? Is individual capacity or state qualified amunity easier to over come than sov. Or abs. But what compensation can i recoup if ind. Cap. Have received two tickets in the following 3 weeks of complaint notification from highway patr. Best action to take? Also due process violation for hearing equal protection violation for statute abuse of process/power fraud and probably other civil r
