Q: Work Visa

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is xxx

I'am 28 years old

I'am a Finnish Citizen

I worked in few companies as an IT engineer and as a translator in the Red Cross.

I have a bachelor degree in Information Technology

I live now in Brooklyn and I've 10 years resident visa in the USA

I came to USA since almost one year to visited my sister but since then I decided to stay next to my sister and start searching for work.. But the problem I face now is to issuing a work visa so I could work legally.

Could you please help me how can I issue a work visa!?

A: If you are a permanent resident, no problem. If not, you need to be sponsored by an employer for an H-1B professional visa. The best time to do that is in the first week of April each year. However, some employers are exempt from this rule - universities and some related/affiliated nonprofit institutions.
