Riverside, CA asked in Car Accidents, Personal Injury and Employment Law for California

Q: I just started a new job. Day 1 I get a blowout. Day 2 I notice a battery drain and missing tread on the tire...

Day 3 I get 2 flats and my brakes were removed, but no punctures. Please advise.

Personal motorcycle-like vehicle. The cost in damages is fewer than 50 dollars, it's more the stress of not knowing who's doing it, why, how I'm going to keep my job if I'm late half the week and, if I decide to ride back to work, what comes next? Fuel tank explosion?

I should note the company does have security cameras, but through a different company. Also, I have not brought the matter up yet to the either company.

A: If you suspect sabotage, inform security at your building, ask for preservation of the video and inform the police.
