A: If you are a U.S. citizen you should contact an attorney for help. It is important that the attorney review your wife's immigration and criminal history before any documents are filed. The attorney should also explain the current risks of filing for someone who is undocumented.

A: If you are a citizen, the process is pretty straight forward; however, we recommend that you consult with an immigration attorney to discuss the particulars about the case.
