Q: DUI permanent residency card renewal.

I was placed in deportation proceedings 10 years ago but received cancellations of removal. It it time to renew my permanent residency card. I ignorantly was convicted for DUI 6 years ago, has since been expunged.. The fear is I will be placed in removal proceedings again. Looking for a Los Angeles based attorney for paid consultation.

remember expungement does not totally remove a dui....it just means you can say no to most employers
