Q: How can I help my girlfriends 273.5 charge get dismissed?

My girlfriend got into a fight with me and left with me a cut on my face and punched me while I was driving I pulled over to get help with controlling her and they took her in for a domestic violence charge 273.5. I do not want her to get charged with this and Lose her job. What can I do to help this charge get dismissed? And not have her get a misdemeanor?

A: 1) Generally, any visible or identifiable injury such as a slash on the face is felony, not misdemeanor. 2) You cannot dismiss anything, only a district attorney can. 3) She needs good attorney ASAP. Have her call me or any local attorney who has experience in such cases.
