A: We’re sorry to hear of your accident. From your info, I’m not sure if you were hit from behind or you hit someone from behind. In any event, if you were hit from behind, you need to exchange information and you need to take pictures of any damage. If you got hit from behind and sustained any pain or suffering as a result of the accident, please contact a Personal Injury attorrney for a free consultation to find out what your rights are and what steps you can take.

A: If you've been in a car accident, you should notify your insurer now. If you were injured and someone else is at fault, you should contact a PI attorney to discuss your options.
