Q: I am disabled and was given a Notice to Quit on May 29. What are my rights?

There is alot more specific details that go along with this problem. I am on a limited monthly income as well.

A: Without knowing why you are being evicted, it's hard to say what your defense may be. If you are in a special housing situation (e.g. "Section 8"), you may have some additional protections. Best thing you can do - especially since you say you have limited income - is to take your Notice to Quit to your local legal aid office for assistance.
