Q: I NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF LAWYER I NEED AND HOW TO SEEK DAMAGES FOR A CLAIM THATS ALREADY BEEN SETTLED VERY WRONGFULLY

i WAS HIT IN AN ACCIDENT, BECAUSE OF AN ERROR ON THE CITY COURTS SIDE, MY LICSENSE WAS SHOWING AS SUSPENDED ITWASNT SUPPOSED TO BE, AFTER THE OFFICER SAW THAT HE IMPOUNDED MY TRUCK, AND STARTED TO IGNORE ME COMPLETELY, WROTE ME TICKET, TOLD THE GUY WHO STRUCK ME IT WAS AUTOMATICALLY MY FAULT, WOULDNT GIVE ME ANY INFO, LIKE ACCIDENT REPORT, BADGE NUMBER NOT EVEN THE GUY WHO HIT MES INFO I ALSO HAD SEVERAL WITNESSES WILLING TO TESTIFY ON MY BEHALF AND I WASNT ALLOWED TO GET THEIR INFO EITHER i SET UP FOR A CIVIL TRAFFIC HEARING TO FIGHT THIS. IN THE MEANTIME WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME ONCE , BOTH INSURANCE COMPANIES DECIDED TO PAY THE GUY WHO HIT ME 15,000. I WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY AT THE HEARING, AFTER A JUDGE AND THE OFFICER FINALLY HEARD MY SIDE AFTER SEEING MY LICSENSE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP SUSPENDED, MY TRUCK HAS SAT BROKEN DOWN EVERY SINCE AND MY BILLS ARE PILING UP. THIS WHOLE SITUATION WAS A GREAT INJUSTICE TO ME, I KNOW STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS IS 2 YEARS BUT NO IDEA ABOUT OPTIONS

A: Assuming you were injured, and the two years has not run, you can make a claim against the other driver. Trying to sue someone over the court mess won't get you anywhere. Congratulations, though on unscrambling it. As to the bills, depending on what they are etc you may be able to collect on those as well. Contact a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Assn for the County where it happened. They give free consults.
