Q: I NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF LAWYER I NEED AND HOW TO SEEK DAMAGES FOR A CLAIM THATS ALREADY BEEN SETTLED VERY WRONGFULLY

Assuming you were injured, and the two years has not run, you can make a claim against the other driver. Trying to sue someone over the court mess won't get you anywhere. Q: Can I pursue life insurance money that was left to my sister if she says she doesn't want to deal with it?

My step dad left money to my sister which was supposed to pay out at age 18. She is 21 and has not received anything. She doesn't want to pursue it, she says she is happy with her life and doesn't need it. Can I pursue this?

Q: my ex-bought a gun, took it home in her room, and they found her dead. who dicices accident of suicide???

CAN INSURANCE CO. GET OUT OF PAYING LIFE INSURANC BECAUSE SOMEONE SAIDIT WAS A SUICIDE. HOW CANTHEY PROVE THIS WAS NOT AN ACCIDENT?

The police may investigate. If the insurance denies the claim, talk to a local insurance bad faith lawyer about investigating this matter to see if you have a viable claim for breach of contract and/or bad faith.
