Q: Ex said I beat her up wed when she went to hospital Friday . Police came to house Thursday no problem .

Police seen Thursday she was fine I haven't been around her since Thursday officer said she said happened wed

however per your call stating this is in Sunnyvale I think you should contact a lawyer in that area and not palm springs where I am located. i don't know procedures there.

i would suggest you google a criminal lawyer in that city and talk to him/her.

as a rule, i don't let my clients talk to the police. i suggest they use me as a strawman and say they would be glad to talk but their lawyer has advised them not to do that without their being there too.

then the lawyer can take the heat and be the bad guy.
