Q: In a highly contested divorce up coming trial. How do I get my journals showing my abuse admitted so the judge will see?

A: Limiting my answer to your specific question, you probably will not get the journals admitted for the judge to read. You can testify to the events in the journals, and have the journals with you while testifying to refresh your memory, but I doubt the court is going to admit the journals themselves. The foundation you have to lay to use them while testifying is fairly technical.

At any rate the method of presenting evidence can be very technical so I would advise you to get counsel if this is going to be a highly contested trial.

Of course that is just a general statement and in the long run the judge has the discretion of what deciding what evidence he will admit.
