Q: Is it legal for a workplace to not supply employees with a place to wash their hands?
I handle money and deal with the public. We are not supplied with a sink, running water, and soap to wash our hands even after using the restroom. Hand sanitizer is supplied. We do not handle food.

Under OSHA standards hand-washing facilities must be provided and maintained in a sanitary condition. All restrooms are required to have running water, soap and hand towels or air dryers. There are some exceptions for mobile workplaces. If you believe there is a violation of the regulations, you should contact OSHA.
