Q: Where can you find an attorney personally invested for a demand to ensure justice? practicing all areas of law
A:
I can only speak for myself as a criminal defense lawyer. I guess the best answer is to ask the lawyer you're thinking about hiring why they became a lawyer. I would also ask the lawyer what professional associations they belong to and why.
I find that many of the best criminal defense lawyers throughout the nation belong to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and/or one of the State affiliate chapters. In Illinois, that would be the Illinois Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
No lawyer is going to tell you they are not personally invested, just as no lawyer is going to tell you that they are a bad lawyer that should not be hired.
Ultimately, it's a good idea to talk to several lawyers who concentrate in the field where you are seeking a lawyer and hire the one that you believe is the best fit for you. That is not necessarily the one that's the cheapest. Sometimes, you do get what you pay for.
Good luck to you.

A: What? No attorney can be proficient in all areas of law. You need a different attorney for each area of law you need assistances with. Some large firms handle all areas of law, so you might want to consider hiring a firm to assist you as opposed a single attorney.
