Q: I am a victims of an attack and assaulted at the work place parking lot by another co-worker as I was unlocking my car.

I work a privately own Medical establishment. The owner who is having me come to work Monday 03/01/2021 in a Hostile environment with the Attacker. And refusing to pay me Medical Leave , due to I am Traumatized and need Medical help and I am scared of my Attacker. The Attacker who's worked there for 14 years and me going on 2 years. Ms had no reason for her to come and Assaulted me . It started over a buck of candy from one of Referring Reps, that she had left for the clinic. On 02/26/2021 around 4:50 pm Mr. asked me where he could get some chocolate candy. I replied at the front desk, when we walk up to the front desk, both and her little sister were in their chairs on their cell phones. When I ask what had happened to the buck of candy, didn't get a chance to reply. When jumps in rudely and said she took it to her son. I replied but that was for the clinic to share.
