Q: I just need help filling out the paperwork to close a probate case.
I have PC 593 so far.
A: You're on the right path although there is likely an easier method to use, depending on the facts of your case. If everything has been done, "closing" happens with the filing of the right paperwork and / or a hearing. What you have filed would require a hearing, but in many cases, it's possible to close the estate without the need for a hearing.

This forum is not an appropriate one to get legal advice but is meant to answer general legal questions. YOU need legal advice, and your best course of action is to consult with a local probate attorney, bring all the paperwork you've filed so far as well as the publication notices etc that have been issued to insure the 'closing' happens appropriately.
This is a dangerous area to try to DIY things -- get that local legal help. It will likely be far less expensive than you may think at first!
