I will answer based on the assumption the contract says no returns.
I also assume the furniture was delivered and the delivery men put it where you told them to.
The time to reject the goods was during the delivery. However you should talk to the store and see what they say.
Did the salesman go to your home and measure? If so you may have some legal rights different than what I say below.
I also assume the salesman did not go to your home and you are the person who measured the space in your home. So unless the furniture measurements taken in the store are simply wrong, I am sorry to say you are out of luck unless the store will let you cancel the purchase.
